All animals must come with food supplied- we require it to be packed in a resealable container or bag labelled with the persons name, drop off point and the breed of animal/dog/cat (NO animal pet names) or see our terms and conditions of transport on our Facebook page : PT's Pet Transport

We supply crates and bedding for dogs, cats, rabbits and we also supply proper parrot transport cages unless pre arranged with us

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LEAD AND APPROPRIATE SIZED CAGE FOR YOUR DOGS/PUPPIES/CATS AND KITTENS WITH YOU AT COLLECTION.

DO NOT TURN UP TO YOUR PICK UP POINT WITH A CAT OR KITTEN IN YOUR ARMS PLEASE.

Cats and kittens will be transferred into one of our cages on board the van by us with doors closed - we prefer to use pee pads and blankets supplied by us for cats and kittens as opposed to litter as it's very messy to clean up afterwards and sometimes they scratch it outside the cage door falling into our van

Parrots must be transferred into our parrot transport cages unless they come in a cat cage by the person we are collecting them from inside their own vehicle and the person receiving the parrots needs to do the transfer from our cage to theirs inside their own vehicle windows and doors closed - if they are totally incompetent at doing this then we will do the transfer in our vehicle with doors and windows closed.

Finches MUST come in their own cage, we will no longer be allowing them to be transferred into one of our cages as it stresses them out too much.

NO vax books are allowed on board unless you book and pay extra for a puppy pack which can include toys and a blanket, food etc and all puppy packs must be named as per our terms and conditions of transport

All pups  MUST be vaccinated no LESS than 7 days prior to transport - NO EXCEPTIONS and adult dogs MUST have had a booster within the last 12 months and vaxx info provided - NO EXCEPTIONS

WE USE Sterigene to sterilise our crates, cages, van and trailer as it is 99% proof against parvo but NO product or vaccinations stop parvo - just like a flu jab you can still get the flu and dogs and pups can still get parvo

Puppies and Kittens MUST be 8 weeks of age or older at time of travel, crate training needs to be done at least a week prior to travel to prevent stressed animals and stop us being kicked out of our accommodation.

All vax Info can be either uploaded into your booking form on our website or emailed directly to Cherie on ptstranz.bookings@gmail.com

You must send a clear copy of the front page of the vax book showing the date of birth and breed of your pup or dog, and its latest vax no less than 4 days prior to our trip leaving

All Livestock must come with an Animal Status Declaration form. Calves/Cattle and Deer must also be NAIT tagged before travelling.

If you require an ASD form please let us know as we have a PDF copy to email.

Baby parrots, birds and poultry MUST be fully feathered at time of transport and must have been out from under lights for at least a month and eating by themselves.

All Poultry MUST come in a ventilated box with waterers and feeders zip tied or wired inside. We recommend using banana boxes as the lids can be slid up and held in place with tape or zip ties. We do not take poultry in our cages.

*****ALL ANIMALS ARE TRANSPORTED AT THE OWNERS OWN RISK *****

We are insured for theft or accident while enroute with commercial insurance but we highly recommend you insure your own animals prior to transport

******WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS ******
