All animals must come with food supplied- we require it to be packed in a resealable container or bag labelled with the persons name, drop off point and the breed of animal/dog/cat (NO animal pet names) or see our terms and conditions of transport on our Facebook page : https://www.facebook.com/groups/169830577639650/
We supply crates and bedding for dogs, puppies, cats and kittens. We also supply proper parrot transport cages upon request on a first in first served basis.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LEAD AND APPROPRIATE SIZED CAGE FOR YOUR DOGS/PUPPIES/CATS AND KITTENS WITH YOU AT COLLECTION.
DO NOT TURN UP TO YOUR PICK UP POINT WITH A CAT OR KITTEN IN YOUR ARMS PLEASE.
Cats and kittens will be transferred into one of our cages on board the van by us with doors closed - we prefer to use pee pads however we are happy to have pellets supplied by the breeder for cat litter.
Parrots must be transferred into our parrot transport cages by the breeder/seller unless they come in their own cage. The person we are delivering them to is responsible for transferring them from our cage to their own inside their own vehicle. Please make sure you have your windows and doors closed while doing this.
Finches MUST come in their own cage, we will no longer be allowing them to be transferred into one of our cages as it stresses them out too much and we no longer allow single Finches to travel sorry due to stress.
Vax books are allowed on board BUT must be filled out and in a labeled bag inside the food supplied for the trip, unless you book and pay extra for a puppy pack which can include toys, a blanket, food etc and all puppy packs must be named as per our terms and conditions of transport.
All pups MUST be vaccinated no LESS than 7 days prior to transport - NO EXCEPTIONS and adult dogs MUST have had a booster within the last 12 months and vacc info provided if theyre not up to date with their Vaccs - NO EXCEPTIONS.
We use Sterigene to sterilise our crates, cages, van and trailer as it is 99% proof against parvo but NO product or vaccinations stop parvo - just like a flu jab you can still get the flu and dogs and pups can still get parvo.
Puppies and Kittens MUST be 8 weeks of age or older at time of travel, crate training away from their mum and siblings needs to be done at least a week prior to travel and they MUST BE no longer suckling off their mum to prevent stressed animals and stop us being kicked out of our accommodation.
All vax Info can be either uploaded into your booking form on our website or emailed directly to Cherie on pts.tranzbookings@gmail.com
You must send a clear copy of the front page of the vax book showing the date of birth and breed of your pup or dog, and its latest vax no less than 4 days prior to our trip leaving
All Livestock must come with an Animal Status Declaration form. Calves/Cattle and Deer must also be NAIT tagged before travelling.
If you require an ASD form please let us know as we have a PDF copy to email.
Baby parrots, birds and poultry MUST be fully feathered at time of transport and must have been out from under lights for at least a month and eating by themselves.
All Poultry MUST come in a ventilated box with waterers and feeders zip tied or wired inside. We recommend using banana boxes as the lids can be slid up and held in place with tape or zip ties. We do not take poultry in our cages unless by prior arrangement and only for birds that are too big for a box situation eg: Orpingtons, Geese, Ducks, Turkeys, Swans etc.
*****ALL ANIMALS ARE TRANSPORTED AT THE OWNERS OWN RISK *****
